Who we are

A2ZGIF (“we”, “us”) is a free online GIF maker operated from India. These terms are an agreement between you and A2ZGIF for your use of the website. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Who can use A2ZGIF

You must be at least 13 years old to use A2ZGIF. If you're under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, use it only with a parent's or guardian's permission.

The service

A2ZGIF is a free web app for creating and editing GIFs and short videos. All processing happens in your browser. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may suspend the site for maintenance.

Your content

You keep all rights to the files you use and the results you export. We claim no ownership, and because files are never uploaded to us, we never receive them.

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use any video, image, or text you edit, and that what you create and share doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or privacy, or break the law. Don't use A2ZGIF to create content that is illegal, harassing, sexually exploits anyone, or promotes violence or hatred.

Acceptable use

• Don't try to disrupt, overload, or attack the website or its hosting.
• Don't re-host or reframe the site in a way that misleads people into thinking it's yours.
• Don't use automated tools that put unreasonable load on the site.
• Don't click ads, or ask or encourage others to click them, except out of genuine interest, and don't use bots or scripts to generate ad views or clicks.

Our intellectual property

The A2ZGIF name, logo, site design, text, and code belong to A2ZGIF or its licensors. You may use the tool for personal and commercial projects, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the site itself without our written permission. Open-source components are used under their own licenses.

Advertising and third-party content

A2ZGIF may display ads from Google and its partners. Ads are provided by third parties. Showing an ad doesn't mean we endorse the product, service, or website it promotes, and any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser. The same applies to other websites you reach through ads or links. How ad partners use cookies is explained in the Privacy & Cookies policy.

No warranty

A2ZGIF is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Results depend on your browser and device, and we can't guarantee the tool will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Editing never modifies your original files, but a closed tab or browser crash will lose unsaved work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A2ZGIF and its makers aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

Indemnity

If you misuse A2ZGIF or break these terms, for example by creating content that infringes someone's rights, you agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs that result for us.

Suspension

We may block or limit access for anyone who breaks these terms or misuses the site.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of A2ZGIF is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India. This doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the current version.
